I went to a shinto shrine, or ginga with my host brother and sister and neice.
I am sorry for my scarciy of posts. My home does not have interent but my aunts does. I also do not have a power adapter for my computer. I have ordered an adapter and it should arrive in 2 days, I will not risk posting again until then.
For the bonsai people, I saw a bag of akadama( the same size as ours) at a local supermarket for 250 yen or $2.50.
MY host mother speaks good, scatered english and my family overall is delightful. I will be posting more as soon as I can but now I must go.
